Problem accessing MaxiFix app on my MaxiSys Elite

    I have a MaxiSys Elite and not able to get into the MaxiFix app. Is there anyone else having this problem?

    Are you located outside of the United States? . This happens to me sometimes,but I'm
    in Jamaica so I understand why. . I have to do random things before it works for me
